Product sensitive to moisture, not adapted for remote use

I purchased this product in April 2023 to operate my scope remotely. After 1 year use, the product showed an issue on the USB port recognition. I had to ship the product for repair due to the presence of moisture in the electronics. I paid approx 150 Eur to fix the issue. Once the cover was installed again in Spain, with the technical person we tried to add silicon on the electronic cover, so to avoid moisture penetrating. After 1 year I experienced the same issue again. My conclusion: This product is simply not adapted for a remote use in regions with moisture. Very unfortunate for such a price.
